Locating the Asset and their Rightful Owner.

Before we even contact you, Indigo Discovery will have already put in many hours locating the assets in question and finding you, their rightful Owner. This is never an easy task. Indigo Discovery searches for these dormant accounts in updated governmental databases and records. When our company locates a substantial dormant account asset, we confirm ownership of the asset through a multiple system search of census records, estate documentation, obituaries, vital records, corporate filings, and/or other proprietary methods. Once we have identified the rightful claimant to the assets, a second search is performed to locate valid contact information for the claimant. Then and only then do we contact you, the claimant and rightful owner, to offer our services of recovery on a contingency fee basis. We may have contacted you either by phone, mail, e-mail or other social media networking means.

Should you choose to become our client, we are there with you through every step of the recovery process. This includes utilizing attorneys and accountants to initiate the claims request, providing you with the necessary forms, and obtaining the documentation required to execute your claim and expedite processing.

There are NO up-front fees.

Indigo Discovery works strictly on a contingency fee basis. There are no up-front costs, and we do not earn our fee until after funds have been successfully recovered. Furthermore, Indigo Discovery will request and pay for any certified copies of documents needed during the claims process, i.e. birth, death, and probated estates/wills.

If no recovery is made, Indigo Discovery receives absolutely nothing and absorbs the cost of the effort made on behalf of the client.
