Identifying the Asset and Rightful Owner or Heirs

Before we contact you, Indigo Discovery will have already put in many hours identifying the assets in question and finding you, the rightful owner or heirs. This is usually not an easy task. Indigo Discovery searches for dormant accounts in governmental databases and records, including probate court files. 

When our company locates a substantial dormant account asset, we identify rightful claimants through searches of census records, court files, obituaries, vital records, corporate filings, and/or other proprietary methods. 

Once we have identified the rightful claimant to the assets, a second search is performed to locate valid contact information for the claimant. Then, and only then, do we contact you, the claimant and rightful owner, to offer our services of recovery on a contingency fee basis. We may have contacted you either by phone, text, mail, e-mail or other social media networking means.

Reuniting the Owner with their Assets

Should you choose to become our client, we are there with you through every step of the recovery process. This includes, among other things, utilizing attorneys (at no additional costs to you) as necessary related to opening estates and court proceedings.  We also complete any required forms and obtain all documentation necessary for the recovery of the assets.

There are NO up-front fees

Indigo Discovery works strictly on a contingency fee basis. There are no up-front costs, and we do not earn our fee until after assets have been successfully recovered.

If no recovery is made, Indigo Discovery receives absolutely nothing and absorbs the cost of the effort made on behalf of the client.
